I fly the path a buyer would walk.
I've been flying drones since I was 12. I'm Noah, born and raised on Hawaiʻi Island and based in Kamuela. I studied computer science, came home, and started filming properties from the air.
I shoot two ways. A stabilized camera drone for clean aerial stills and slow orbits, and an FPV drone that flies straight through a home in one continuous take: front door, living room, lanai, ocean view.
What I do
- FPV flythroughs
- One unbroken flight from the street, through the house and out over the view. Edited to music, 60 to 90 seconds.
- Aerial stills
- High and low angles of the home, roofline and surroundings, color-corrected and sized for MLS.
- Land and lots
- Overhead views that show acreage, access and distance to the coast, with boundary lines drawn in.
- 3D mapping
- Measurable 3D models and orthomosaic maps of homes, lots and land, built from overlapping aerial photos.
- Social cuts
- Vertical 15 to 30 second edits for Reels and TikTok, ready for the agent to post.
